We are seeking highly motivated individuals to perform the functions of an Admin Services Coordinator, whom will have the responsibility for the receipt, processing and distribution of all documents received from internal and third-party clients according to our standard operating procedures and will also assist with other administrative duties imperative to the success of our records management practices.
What will you do as a Procurement Admin Services Coordinator-
Route business documents via Docusign for review and approval.
Store business documents in accordance with document-specific procedures.
Provide review of documentation prior to approval, adhering to internal quality standards
Route fully executed documents to internal and external stakeholders.
Prepare, maintain and present daily/weekly reports per projects.
Receive, log, and distribute mail.
Ensure total customer satisfaction in the handling of customer problems and needs.
Other duties as assigned.
What will you need-
High school diploma or equivalent.
1-3 years of relevant experience.
Must have excellent communication skills and ability to multi-task.
Must be computer proficient including proficiency in MS Office suite, MS Excel and PowerPoint are essential.
Must possess strong interpersonal skills and possess excellent organizational skills.
